The hotels was very nice, authentic Italian luxury. The staff went above and beyond. There was a little mix-up with our booking and they could not have been more gracious and accommodating while they addressed it and made it right.

Location was good, easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and even to the Vatican (25mins). Good buffet breakfast and hotel were helpful in allowing baggage storage for the day we checked out so we could spend more time in the city

With my wife we reached the Giolli hotel in the morning and had choose a early booking option as night before was sleepless. After entering booked room we faced with air conditioning issue in the room and the guy with electrical drill in a corridor end (there was planned 30 min repair activities from the morning). After we shared our concerns about quit rest after trip at leas for couple hours front office manager Margherita with colleague Lana swopped our room with another room where people arriving much later. They had fully booked hotel and netherless they found a smart solution! The hotel itself was really nice and comfortable, with relatively small, nice & well cleaned rooms, comfortable and located in a heart of Rome - all main sightseeing objects was reachable by a walk, the main train station also located quit close and takes max 15 min to go there, also many small trattoria and restaurants close to it. That was really memorable five days stay in Rome and the hotel front desk staff' attentiveness and good mood - especially Margherita & Lana, Thara, Paola, Rida, Riccardo and Giada made our stay superb. I'm sure I would choose Giolli Hotel on my next trip again:) Thanks for the warm welcome and see You next time!

The location is very good. Within walking distance of the Termini station and along a major bus route. It was easy to get to and from many of the major monuments. The staff was quick to provide extra towels upon request.

There is only room for one person in the room, it is very tight, everything smells of humidity and dust. They are repairing the hotel and you can't sleep because of the noise that starts very early. Horrible place

Wasn't here long enough to provide a comprehensive review. However, leaving the hotel saw the close proximity it was to major attractions. This is a perfect place to stay if you plan to walk Rome.

Good location, about a 5 mins car ride from the train station. Can easily walk to most attractions in Rome. We took a taxi to go to Vatican City, the taxi stand is right across the hotel. Room was spacious with a good size bathroom. They also have an elevator though it’s small but serves the purpose. Staff were courteous and responsive.

The staff were excellent. Taro, Giada, Riccardo,Lana, and Rida were friendly, helpful, and well presented. Margaritas was lovely. Our room was amazing, beautifully designed , keeping the original stone work and scalloped roof. A huge comfy bed and a bathroom with a large shower with great hot water pressure was a very welcomed addition. Great location with a view and walking distance to the Trevi fountain.
